The OKi BVX range of portable fume extraction systems are designed to effectively remove and filter fumes found within the industry. The BVX range is a completely user-friendly, low noise, high quality filtration systems.

The new OKi MFR-1150 Desolder System with Venturi Workstand provides a shop air option for all MFR series power supplies. The MFR-1150 is a complete shop air desoldering system that includes a power supply, desolder hand-piece and venturi workstand. The MFR-UK5 Upgrade kit can also turn your existing MFR-1100 or MFR-2200 series systems and older MFR-abc systems into a state-of-the-art desoldering system. The built-in venturi provides 25 inHg (.85 Bar), which substantially increases desolder capability. The MFR-H5-DS can be used as a pencil or as a pistol style by simply adding a clip on grip supplied with the hand-piece. Solder collection capabilities have been increased by 40% from previous MFR desolder systems and the innovative replaceable collection chamber enables reduced downtime and quicker changeover.

The OKi MRS-1100A is an integrated convection rework station for the removal and placement of BGA/CSP and SMT components. This station offers the choice of using either the embedded profiling capability that can be configured to operate at a fixed temperature, or a four zone programming option. It also allows the temperature to be controlled either at the heat output or at the board.

The Metcal MX-5000 Soldering, Desoldering and Rework System is the next generation of the trusted Metcal Soldering Systems that enable increased productivity and process control for a wide range of applications. Building on the renowned strengths of its popular MX-500 predecessor, the MX-5000 Series increases output power, adds process feedback, and improves application flexibility with new hand-pieces. The Metcal Advanced™ Hand-piece for soldering and rework provides a cooler, lighter weight and more comfortable feel for the operator while the Metcal UltraFine™ Hand-piece features a new generation of extremely fine diameter cartridges in a slim profiled handle. The Techcon TS250 Series digital dispenser/controller dispenses low, medium and high viscosity fluids accurately and consistently. The TS250 Series is immediately usable anywhere in the world with its accompanying tools, accessories and unique universal power supply. The modern-style cabinet has a small footprint and conserves workspace through a cabinet exterior design that allows multiple units to be stacked and fastened on top of each other.
