Nihon Superior's president voted "best inventor"
Advanced joining material supplier, Nihon Superior, has told us that Tetsuro Nishimura was awarded Best Inventor by SMT Today Magazine during the recent SMTA International Conference & Exhibition. The award recognises an individual or team whose innovation/s have been used to drive improved efficiency, productivity and performance within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Tetsuro Nishimura, President of Nihon Superior, is recognised throughout the electronics industry as the inventor of SN100C and the pioneer of micro-alloyed solders. In addition, since his promotion to President in 2004, he has overseen the expansion of Nihon Superior to its current position as a major supplier of lead-free solder to the global electronics industry.
SMT Today introduced the awards program to recognise, acknowledge and celebrate outstanding personal achievements and innovation within the electronics manufacturing industry during 2015. Winners were selected through an online voting process by members of the electronics manufacturing industry.
