New franchise gives Focus EDL extensive range of optical components for high data-rate networking

This latest franchise gives Focus EDL access to an extensive range of optical products designed for applications that require high data-rate networking including Ethernet, fibre channel and SONET, as well as digital video transport. Focus EDL is a leading electronic components distributor specializing in providing the communications, high-performance datacoms and professional electronics industries with a broad range of products from the United States, Asia and Europe.

The agreement, which covers the UK and Ireland, has immediate effect.
