New Account Director Boosts HUBER+SUHNER’s Fibre Optics Business Unit

HUBER+SUHNER (UK) announces the appointment of an Account Director for its expanding Fibre Optics Business Unit . He is Steven Eccles who joins HUBER+SUHNER to develop the company’s business opportunities with optical equipment OEMs and Network Carriers across the mobile and fixed line communications marketplace.

Steven Eccles brings over 20 years high-end design and sales experience to HUBER+SUHNER having worked in the IT/Telecoms industry for several leading UK and American companies. This includes time with ADC-Krone (now TE Connectivity) and most recently Greenwoods Communications Ltd.

Commenting on his appointment, Steven Eccles says “Naturally I am very pleased to join a company with such a strong offering in fibre optic connectivity and a customer base that includes most of the key players in mobile and fixed line networks as well as the fast expanding data centre marketplace.
