MIRTEC Europe’s 2010 European Sales Meeting hailed a Complete Success

There were training presentations on the complete range of Mirtec products including Benchtop and inline AOI, inline SPI as well as the latest LED inspection technologies. The attendees had detailed training on programming techniques and on each of the MV-3, MV-7 and MS-11 systems which are all award winning technologies and leaders in their class. The event was also a great chance for some of the leading distribution companies to meet each other and share experiences with their peers.

Mirtec distributors are recognised as the best in the business. With the majority of them having their own Mirtec demonstration systems and highly trained staff, they are able to bring their customers unrivalled experience and solutions to even the most demanding inspection requirements. Supported by Mirtec Europe the distributors have had unequalled success helping Mirtec Europe to grow in excess of 60% on the previous year. As well as being a company enjoying commercial success they are also renowned for introducing award winning technologies which push the envelope on all aspects of inspection.

As well as the Mirtec Europe staff, there was numerous Mirtec staff from the USA and Korea, including Brian D’Amico President of Mirtec USA. This mix of experience within different markets became a melting pot of ideas and innovation.

A dinner was arranged for one of the evenings when Mirtec Europe was delighted to award their Distributor of the Year to Europlacer Distribution of France, who retained the award from the previous year. There was also a special “President’s Award“presented to Reinhard Nitz of pb tec in appreciation for the outstanding contribution he and his team have supplied to Mirtec throughout 2010.
