Microsemi Completes Acquisition of AML Communications, Inc.

As we execute on the integration of AML, we expect to deliver ever more advanced RF solutions to our customers, increase our sellable available market, and drive shareholder returns. The financial contribution from AML for Microsemi's fiscal third quarter is uncertain at this time but will be immaterial to results.

As a reminder, in its fiscal second quarter earnings conference call, the company forecast sequential revenue growth on the order of 3%-5%, excluding the effect of any pending acquisition.
