Macroblock Awarded the Certificate of Corporate Governance System CG6005
Macroblock has been awarded the Certificate of Corporate Governance System CG6005 from the Taiwan Corporate Governance Association (TCGA). TCGA’s mission is to be the Navigator and Engineer of Corporate Governance mechanism in Taiwan. Cooperating with the Taiwan Stock Exchange to conduct researches on “Establishing the Corporate Governance Assessment System (completed in June 2004) for Listed Companies in Taiwan; promoting the accreditation of Corporate Governance between Taiwanese companies.
CorpCertified with the Corporate Governance System CG6005 among the first 16 OTC-listed companies, Macroblock will continuously enhance the corporate accountability and creation of wealth to maximize shareholder value as the long-term goal.
To build a better investment environment in Taiwan, TCGA has continuously given special awards of Corporate Governance System to the certified companies to accredit their business value and competition competency since 2004.
Till the end of 2009, Macroblock is one of the sixteen corporations getting certified with the Corporate Governance System CG6005 in first phase.
