Lithuania: an emerging hub of Europe’s technology industries

As well as being an active member of European Union and NATO, the country is also a member of OECD and disposes of tax treaties with 50 major markets, including the USA, Peoples Republic of China and Russia (Ministry of Finance, 2015).
