Lantronix Supports Perinata’s New Subscription-based IT Service Offering

Perinata’s pay-as-you-go subscription service lowers the initial cost model and provides immediate global access. A key component of Perinata’s hardware and software infrastructure, ManageLinx’ communications solution enables secure remote Internet access to virtually any piece of IP-enabled equipment – even behind remote firewalls or VPNs. This ensures Perinata can manage selected equipment found at a client’s site.



ManageLinx enables users to create Virtual IP (VIP) connections between any two points on the Internet without changing the network configuration or application software using Lantronix’ patent-pending VDN technology. VDN allows administrators to restrict access to specific IP addresses, ensuring access to only predetermined devices. This is an important feature for service personnel who need to securely monitor, manage and control remote devices.
