Knowles Completes Acquisition of NXP’s Sound Solutions Business - Deal Creates Premier Mobile Phone Acoustics Supplier with Most Comprehensive Offering

The addition of Sound Solutions and its market-leading range of dynamic speakers and receivers for cell phones and other consumer electronic devices will extend Knowles’ existing product portfolio of hearing aid components and MEMS microphones to provide a significantly broader product offering to its customer base.
