Kibble to lead European sales at Artisan

Artisan Software Tools has announced the appointment of Peter Kibble as Vice President of Sales. As Artisan’s newly appointed Vice President of Sales, Peter will be responsible for all of the company’s direct sales activities in the UK, Germany and Italy.
“As a key member of the management team, Peter’s appointment as Vice President of Sales is a strategic move for the business,” said James B. Gambrell, President and CEO at Artisan Software Tools. “With a career that spans all aspects of the software development industry - engineering, sales and senior management and more than a decade working closely with Artisan’s customers – he is uniquely qualified lead the Artisan’s aggressive growth plans for the European region.”

Peter joined Artisan in 1997 as a Senior Account Manager following an extensive career in the software development industry and most recently was the company’s Commercial Director with responsibility for sales and market development in the UK and the Nordic region. In his new role as Vice President of Sales, Peter will lead the company’s European drive focusing on its Work as OneTM strategy for large and geographically dispersed development teams. Based on the newly available version 7.0 of Artisan Studio®, the company’s flagship model-driven development tool suite that provides complete support for UML®, OMG SysMLTM, and Architectural Frameworks in a single, integrated environment, Artisan’s Work as One strategy provides software tools to systems and software engineers for the complete project life-cycle from conception to implementation.
