Kemtron appoints new Managing Director
Kemtron has appointed Victoria Jane Tsoi as its new Managing Director. The appointment is effective 11th January 2016. Victoria succeeds the current Managing Director, David Wall, who will become a Director and Chairman of the company.

She has a strong strategic and operational background in the manufacturing industry, and an excellent track record of helping small and medium businesses to develop and grow. Her experience and passion for business will help take Kemtron to the next level.”
Victoria Tsoi has a degree in Manufacturing Systems Management from East London University and worked as a sponsored student with Ford Motor Company.
As Production Director of MGE Worldwide, a manufacturer of equipment for the print and medical industries, she was responsible for developing the company’s strategic vision, eliminating its back order book and reducing inventory by 20%. She also coordinated flow line production methods and introduced a major new production range.
Since 2000, Victoria has worked in a number of consulting and advisory roles with PA Consulting Group and Pera Consulting. Her focus has been on helping small and medium businesses develop strategic plans, improve operations and assess market opportunities.
As Senior Growth Manager, she led Pera Consulting’s South and East team responsible for delivering advice and funded grant support through the BIS (Business, Innovation and Skills) programme.
