JAOtech awarded ‘Best Use of Technology’ at The Startups Awards 2009
JAOtech, manufacturer of bedside Smart Terminals, have won the Best Use of Technology award at the Startups Awards. On receiving the award, Warren Kressinger-Dunn, Managing Director of JAOtech said: “We are proud to receive our second award in as many months and be recognised for our worldwide business success. The awards ceremony, organised by startups.co.uk took place on Friday 13 November 2009 at the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square, London. The prestigious awards celebrated the UK’s most outstanding new businesses and the people running them.
The winner of each category was chosen by top judges, including Doug Richard, founder of School for Startups and Margaret Manning, CEO of Reading Room. The successful businesses and the talented people behind them proved their brilliance after fighting off competition from hundreds of entries.
Business excellence was rewarded across a variety of categories, including Women in Business, Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Product of the Year and Green Business of the Year.
