Kyzen To Debut The Ultimate Cleaning Process Tracking System At The IPC APEX EXPO

The system provides process traceability of printed circuit board assemblies cleaned in an in-line cleaning system from beginning to end. InstaTrak has the ability to barcode scan a PCB assembly and associate all of the in-line process parameters to that board. Process parameters include conveyor speeds, tank temperatures and spray bar pressures. When used in conjunction with Kyzen’s PCS, it will provide data for chemical concentration and wash pump run hours (bath life).

The system provides traceability to comply with ISO and FDA standards. InstaTrak will track and store your data using a Microsoft SQL Database. The database is designed to be accessed by a third-party software company to integrate with a complete SMT process line.
