Franchise gives Focus EDL extensive EMI/RFI filter-based product range

Focus EDL is a leading electronic components distributor specializing in providing the communications, high-performance datacoms and professional electronics industries with a broad range of products from the United States, Asia and Europe.

The agreement, which covers the UK and Ireland, has immediate effect.

“By providing our customers with a single supply source for all their component needs, we have been shipping them with EMI/RFI protection devices for many years and have sourced them from a variety of suppliers as the need has arisen” says Focus EDL’s Managing Director Geoff Philpot. “ By partnering with HAL, we are now able to offer, from stock, a full range of IEC inlet filters, power entry modules and a very wide selection of filters that will meet all our customers standard requirements. For those applications that merit a custom filter product , we are able to use HAL’s specialist filter design division to develop the perfect solution.” He adds.
