Europlacer North America Welcomes Customer Operations Manager

Debbie Merrill to lead customer satisfaction initiatives and support a growing installed base Tampa, FL October 2011 Europlacer, a designer and manufacturer of comprehensive SMT pick-and-place equipment for the global electronics industry, announces that it has added a new member to its customer support team this month – Customer Operations Manager Debbie Merrill.
In this position, Merrill will develop and implement high-level customer service initiatives to support Europlacer’s fast-growing installed base of SMT pick-and-place and screen printer customers in North America. Additionally, she will provide first level contact with Europlacer’s customers, manage order processing, and perform office management and accounting support functions.

Since 1997, Merrill has served in customer relationship building roles and gained experience in customer service, inside sales and account management, most recently as account/project manager for ByDesign Technologies, Inc. She also held positions as a client support specialist for Universal Forest Products, Inc. and lead sales coordinator for the PMC Division of Rockbestos Surprenant Cable Corp.
