2012 International Sales Meeting Hosted by Europlacer was a Huge Success
Europlacer has today declared its 2012 International Sales Meeting, which was held in June, a resounding success. The three-day event was held at the prestigious Manufacturing Technology Centre facility in Ansty, Coventry, England. The facility provides innovative manufacturing processes and technologies in an agile environment in partnership with industry, academia and other institutions.
It pAttendance for this year’s event was among the highest to date, and both domestic and international distributors were present. The company was pleased to welcome its newest distribution partners from India, South Africa, Israel and Romania. All attendees stayed at Ansty Hall Hotel, which provided a relaxing environment.
This year’s theme centred around Europlacer ensuring that its sales channels have all the tools needed to represent the company in a professional and efficient manner, emphasizing best use of resources and improved communications. Many of Europlacer’s sales and support staff were on hand to join in and share both knowledge and experiences. The highlight of the meeting, however, was the introduction of Europlacer’s latest piece of hardware, which is expected to be launched to the open market later this year.
Once the formalities were over, everyone was invited to join an outdoor Karting session in central Birmingham. Not quite a precursor to the Olympics, but because sales people typically are competitive, quite a few pounds (or kilos) were lost on a beautiful hot afternoon in an effort to take the prime position on the podium. The company is pleased to report that it was not a Europlacer employee who took the honours this time.
