Enpirion Expands Executive Team to Drive its Leadership in Enterprise Server Power Market

Enpirion has added two executives to lead sales and marketing initiatives building upon the company’s growing market share within the global enterprise market segment. Enpirion’s enterprise power management portfolio combines highly efficient power conversion with best in class power density while achieving uncompromised enterprise quality and reliability.
Enpirion’s power system quality initiatives are critical to improving reliability of high availability equipment. Joining the Enpirion executive team are Dave Fionda, Vice President, Enterprise OEM Sales, and Benoit Herve, Vice President, Strategy and Marketing.

Dave Fionda, Vice President, Enterprise OEM Sales

Dave brings over 25 years of successful strategic sales management in the semiconductor industry, most recently as Corporate Vice President of Strategic Sales at Advanced Micro Devices. During his 20-year tenure with AMD, Dave had strategic sales responsibility for Fortune 500 companies like Hewlett-Packard, Dell, IBM, Cisco, and Apple. Before that, Dave held sales positions at National Semiconductor and Motorola Semiconductor Products. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the Kansas State University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.



Benoit Herve, Vice President Strategy and Marketing

With more than 18 years in the power IC industry, Benoit has a proven track record in defining and launching new silicon and package platforms for the networking, computing and enterprise markets. Prior to joining Enpirion, Benoit held various managerial posts as Vice President of Marketing and Director of Business Development at Powervation, Zilker Labs, now part of Intersil, ON Semiconductor and Motorola’s Power Products Division in France. Benoit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in control systems from the University of Rennes, France, and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from the ESIEE (L’école Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Electrotechnique et Electronique) in Paris, France.
