Emerson Embarks on “DCIM Delivered: World Tour 2012”

Attendees will gain insights from industry experts about the importance of DCIM - now and into the future - and learn how DCIM users are employing the technology to realize lower costs, significant improvements in energy efficiency and other benefits, such as greater capacity utilization.

In each city, the “DCIM Delivered: World Tour 2012” will offer a day of interactive, hands-on sessions to immerse attendees in the world of DCIM. A Forrester Research global analyst will speak about what is needed to be successful with DCIM and what the future holds for infrastructure optimization. Additionally, each stop will feature a customer discussing how their company implemented and uses DCIM technology and what value it has created. Panel discussions will feature customers, reseller partners and IT thought-leaders discussing real-life examples, successes and lessons learned from DCIM projects.

To understand how DCIM can help them solve their most pressing data center issues, attendees also will be able to see custom demos on the latest versions of Emerson Network Power’s DCIM technologies: the Avocent Universal Management Gateway and the Trellis platform. They also will learn how to get started or expand their DCIM solutions, and engage with Trellis platform engineering and product development leaders and other key Emerson Network Power leaders.
