The service will be offered out of Element’s laboratory located in Irvine, California. The Group will also offer Product Safety Testing, alongside certifications and approvals, to clients across the United States via its on-site testing programme.

The acquisition of Northwest EMC last year turned us into the premier player in the US EMC market and now we are delighted to introduce our industry leading Safety PQT capabilities alongside these services, providing our clients, wherever they are located, with a single source supplier for their testing needs.’’

The Element Irvine laboratory services a large number of medical device manufacturers with a wide-range of testing services including Product Safety Testing, Software Life Cycle Evaluation, Usability, as well as EMC Testing for medical devices.

Additionally, the Element Irvine laboratory will be supporting manufacturers of information technology, laboratory and measurement equipment in Product Safety for domestic and international markets.
