Electrolube Exhibits its Newest Products at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition Stand K18
Electrolube, the established manufacturer of electro-chemicals, will once again exhibit a range of high performance chemicals for the electronics, automotive and industrial manufacturing industries at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics Exhibition in February.
The show will be the first of many global exhibitions that Electrolube will be attending this year, and will act as a platform to introduce a number of the company’s newest products to the market.
As well as Electrolube’s well-known and trusted brands and ranges, new additions like the ultra-low viscosity, flame retardant epoxy resin, ER2218 and the low foam micro-emulsion cleaner, Safewash Total (SWAT) will be exhibited.
ER2218 is an ultra-low viscosity, flame retardant epoxy resin. The two-part encapsulation compound is designed to meet the highest level of flame retardency and adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, whilst exhibiting excellent resistance to water and a number of different chemicals, therefore providing superior protection in a range of environments.
Safewash Total, the newest product in the Safewash range, will also be exhibited on the stand. SWAT is one of the most effective aqueous cleaning products available and is specifically aimed for flux removal in dishwasher applications. It is currently in use by major global manufacturers, providing a superior cleaning performance, which meet military and commercial standards, at minimal financial and environmental cost.
Other products which will be featured at the show is Toluene Free Acrylic (TFA) conformal coating, developed for the protection of printed circuit boards, electronic components and printed panels against humidity and environmental attack will also be on show, along with Electrolube’s Reflow Oven Cleaner (ROC).
ROC is a low odour, non-flammable cleaner designed to remove all types of flux residues. Although water based it, ROC out performs solvent based products easily cutting through heavily baked on flux residues found in and around reflow ovens and wave solder machines.
Electrolube’s extensive portfolio of products includes contact cleaning solutions, lubricants, conformal coatings, thermally conductive materials, resins and service and maintenance aids.
