Contour Energy Systems Opens R & D Centre In Singapore
Contour Energy Systems today announced the opening of its Research & Development Centre in Singapore, located at Westpark Biz Central. Founded in 2007 out of the collaboration of Caltech and CNRS (the French National Centre of Scientific Research), Contour Energy Systems is a next-generation battery company, pioneering breakthrough in fluorine-based battery chemistries, nano material science and advanced manufacturing processes.

In addition, Contour’s R & D facility in Austin, Texas will continue to focus on advanced Li-ion technologies for high energy and high power requirements. Besides R & D, the company will perform engineering and manufacturing battery products and power solutions in Azusa, California.
