CoActive Technologies Increases Switch Product Offering with Acquisition of Comax Industrial Co. Ltd

The acquisition of Comax complements and increases CoActive’s range of C&K switch products while strengthening its manufacturing and customer footprint in Asia. “We are pleased to have finalized the acquisition with Comax to complement the industry leading product offering from C&K Components. Headquartered in Hong Kong with its primary engineering and manufacturing facility located in Huizhou, China, Comax manufactures more than 250 million parts annually for a wide variety of applications including digital cameras and other consumer electronics, home appliances and personal care products, office equipment, and automotive controls.

With approximately 700 employees, Comax has been in operation in China for 25 years.
