Charged with developing new business for Cherry’s range of ergonomic consumer multimedia wireless and general purpose keyboards, Trevor Dasilva has been appointed Business Development Co-ordinator - Keyboards under the auspices of the CID (Computer Input Devices) division. Dasilva brings a wealth of skills related to the consumer market from leading distributor, Misco, where he was involved in sales and business development.
This appointment by Cherry emphasizes the company’s expansion and commitment to ramp up its presence in the consumer keyboard market in the UK.

Michael Groom, General Sales Manager, Cherry comments: “Trevor will be working closely with key distributors to facilitate sales within the consumer market, focusing initially on a new range comprising six keyboards, and a range of mice, for both wireless and wired applications.”

“A key target for Cherry is the upgrade market where users are typically focused on features, ergonomics and quality.”

In his personal life Dasilva, a Luton local, is married with five sons, who are all keen footballers, three of which are signed up to leading clubs. Trevor himself has also been a semi-professional player.
