Celebrate JUKI’s 25,000th Shipment at the 2012 SMT in Nuremberg

JUKI’s FX-3R super high-speed mounter and the KE-3020V high-speed flexible mounter will be on display as one production line. The upgraded FX-3R now features a maximum throughput of up to 66,000 cph (IPC9850), boasting the largest placeable component range in the high-speed placement market, going up to 33.5 mm2 and the largest feeder inventory of 240 x 8 mm tape feeder lanes. With a maximum component size of 75x150mm and a height of 25 mm, the KE-3020V model now offers the possibility of simultaneous on-the-fly centering of six vision components over the new high-speed camera. In addition to the existing high-speed laser measuring system with an IPC9850-rated speed of 17,100 cph, this also increases the vision component placement over the camera up to a maximum speed of 9,000 cph. The machine will also be fitted with a fluxer for Package on Package (PoP) demonstrations.

For small and medium series the KE-3010 perfectly matches with the KE-3020(V). By covering the entire component range from 01005 to components with a height of 25 mm, a line speed of 35,600 cph and a feeder capacity of 320 x 8 mm, these systems meet all necessary market requirements.

All three models are fully compatible with all JUKI machines both up and downwards and can be equipped with mechanical or electrical feeders.

The new low cost entry level placement machine, JX-100LED, has the capability to handle boards up to 1,200 mm in length, making it the “must have” machine for low cost, high-speed LED tube production. With an IPC9850-rated speed of 15,300 cph and a 6 nozzle laser head the JX-100LED excels with its superior cost performance, versatility, reliable quality and ease of operation.

With the KE-1080 and the KE-1070 model JUKI presents a modular machine concept with an unbeatable price performance ratio. These systems are the perfect choice for customers who, despite of a low budget, will still benefit from JUKI’s renowned machine quality. The modules are able to handle the entire component range and guarantee reliable placement of 01005 components.

JUKI has expanded its portfolio beyond Pick and Place machines with the European premiere of JUKI’s exclusive GKG GL Screen Printer. By adding the GKG printers to the sales portfolio customers can now expect a great quality printer for a reasonable price following JUKI’s Lowest Cost of Ownership concept.

Furthermore a whole range of innovative software modules will be presented, including the two award winning systems; the intelligent feeder system, IFS-X2, for automated setup validation, inventory management and traceability integration as well as the Sentry system for a real-time analysis of the production process and a guaranteed error free production. Also on display will be the CircuitCAM Express Software from Aegis which allows the easy conversion of CAD data.
