Calculation facility features a WEdirekt PCB configurator
An online price calculation facility for mounted assemblies, which is integrated with a PCB configurator from WEdirekt, has been introduced by M. Richter. This has been introduced to meet the customer requirement for immediate access to key product information such as price, quantity and delivery times.
To ensure customers get price information promptly, the PCB configurator from WEdirekt was integrated into the online calculation facility.
“WEdirekt and M. Richter are a perfect match – since both companies let customers calculate details and order, even for single items”, says Carina Harnisch, Head of WEdirekt.
“We are delighted with this first benchmark project, which is linked to the new integration of our web shop into the online calculation for an EMS. We see more projects on the way, since building our calculator into an online quotation tool makes things faster, more convenient and more transparent” adds Harnisch.
