Broadcom to Webcast Its 2011 Analyst Day on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 and Present at Upcoming Conferences

Broadcom Corporation has announced that it will provide a live webcast for its annual Analyst Day event and invites investors to listen to it beginning at 9:30 a.m. PT (12:30 p.m. ET) Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Broadcom's Analyst Day includes a series of presentations by the company's executive team. It is expected that the presentations will conclude at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT (5:00 p.m. ET).

Broadcom will also present at the following fourth quarter 2011 investor conferences:
Wells Fargo Securities 2011 Technology, Media & Telecom Conference on Tuesday, November 8. Broadcom's presentation begins at 9:05 a.m. ET at the New York Palace Hotel in New York;
UBS Global Technology and Services Conference on Thursday, November 17. Broadcom's presentation begins at 10 a.m. ET at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York;
Credit Suisse Annual Technology Conference on Tuesday, November 29. Broadcom's presentation begins at 3 p.m. MT at the Phoenician Hotel in Scottsdale, Ariz.;
Robert W. Baird & Co. 2011 Technology Conference on Tuesday, November 29. Broadcom's presentation begins at 4:05 p.m. PT at the Four Seasons Hotel in San Francisco.

The company's presentations, which may include information regarding current and future products and technologies, end market trends, and the company's current financial prospects, will be available to the public via audio webcast.
