Anglia's Semiconductor Portfolio Grows with the addition of Diodes Inc.

The Diodes Inc. product range includes small signal and Schottky barrier diodes and rectifiers and standard, fast, ultrafast and superfast rectifiers, Zener diodes, small signal bipolar transistors, Darlington transistors and MOSFETs, along with ESD protection devices and high-density diode and transistor arrays in ultra-miniature surface mount packages. Diodes Inc. also recently acquired the Taiwanese fabless semiconductor manufacturer Anachip, which specialises in power management ICs.
