Analog Devices Named Among World’s 100 Most Innovative Companies For Second Year In A Row
Analog Devices was named one of the world's most innovative companies according to the Thomson Reuters 2012 Top 100 Global Innovator SM program. The program analyses patent data and related metrics using a proprietary methodology to identify the organizations that lead the world in innovation activity. This is the second straight year that Analog Devices was so honored.
The To compile the 2012 list, Thomson Reuters analyzed patent data, including the volume of patents filed, with all organizations having filed 100 or more innovative patents during the past three years. The report also considered how successful companies were in securing patents, the influence of patents in subsequent inventions and whether the patents were globally protected.
