Amplicon has sealed a new partnership to gain access to the full Belden range which includes hundreds of connectivity and networking products for a variety of markets. Belden were established in 1902 and one of their early customers was Thomas Edison. This prestigious history and vast range of switching hardware, gives Amplicon customers access to over 100 years of combined networking, connectivity and cable expertise and knowledge.

Belden offers a comprehensive range of connectivity and networking products for a variety of markets, including industrial, enterprise and broadcast. In conjunction with Belden, Amplicon can offer end-to-end signal transmission solutions that meet the most demanding standards for data, sound and video applications.

The agreement also covers a wide range of copper, fibre and coaxial cable solutions, as well as networking products which include intelligent wired and wireless devices such as Industrial Ethernet switches, fibre optic interfaces and media converters used to bridge fieldbus networks over long distances.
