Alpha Micro Components USA to launch the latest GPS modules from GlobalTop Technology at CTIA Wireless 2011

GlobalTop is dedicated to providing complete, cost-effective and innovative solutions at a competitive price and the design of its GPS modules are based on chipsets from Mediatek, the leading fabless semiconductor company for wireless communications and digital multimedia solutions. The modules’ low power consumption and high sensitivity enable them to work in extreme environments anywhere in the world at any time. Additionally, they can operate at altitudes beyond 60,000ft (approximately 18,000m), using customized firmware.

Alpha Micro USA will also be showcasing a variety of products from its own ‘AMC’ range of antenna solutions for GSM, GPRS, 3G, ISM, WiFi and Bluetooth applications. In addition to these, visitors will also see a comprehensive range of wireless solutions from Alpha Micro USA’s franchised lines including GSM, GPRS and 3G cellular products from Sagemcom and iWow, Bluetooth adaptors and modules from LM Technologies and WiFi modules from Atech OEM. Furthermore, visitors can find out about Alpha Micro’s in-house design team which offers its customers a significant added-value service, and has enabled them to stand out from other distributors.
