Aerco website gives immediate access to live support
LIVE CHAT is a new feature on the redeveloped Aerco website that provides customers with immediate access to DESIGNSUPPORT, the Aerco technical support division.
The Help offered covers a whole range of topics from selecting and sourcing components for new projects to finding alternatives to old or redundant products for service and repair.
Barry Ward, senior business manager at Aerco, said: “This is a service that will prove to be a real benefit to our growing customer base. The Aerco DESIGNSUPPORT desk is manned by specialists recruited and trained for their skill and knowledge in component selection and their expertise covers connectors, backshells, cable and wire, fuses, switches, lamps, LEDs, solenoids, sensors, circuit breakers, filters, fans, relays, joysticks, crystals and oscillators and associated products.
