Advantest VOICE 2013 Conference to Feature High Quality Presentations for SOC Platforms and Handlers
VOICE 2013, a user group meeting and partners conference organized by Advantest Corporation will include a robust technical program with papers from users of the T2000, V93000 and handlers. The event, to be held April 23-25 in San Jose, California, is an international forum for sharing technical content and exchanging perspectives on the latest semiconductor testing techniques and best practices.
“IAdditionally, VOICE 2013 will include technical kiosks staffed by Advantest R&D, industry experts and supplier technologists. Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit the Suppliers’ Expo to learn more about their latest innovations that complement the T2000 and V93000 platforms.
Continuing the tradition of offering excellent, in-depth technical training, VOICE 2013 will include a one-day, hands-on workshop with full-day sessions dedicated to educating test engineers on topics which will directly impact their test throughput, performance and time to market on the T2000 and V93000 platforms: Low-cost 10-bit ADC/DAC testing using the PS1600, Using FTA to achieve PCIeG2 IF, high-speed digital loadboard design, Smart Test Program manager, Pin Scale to Smart Scale conversion and Advanced PLL Jitter measurements.
