Added-value eshop for adhesives, sealants and coatings

Menu driven software aims to guide the customer through the process of selecting the best product for the job. Full product descriptions and features are instantly available and can be downloaded for use on eCommerce platforms. It’s also easy to compare product features and access safety and technical data sheets and certification documents.

Various smart ordering options are included to save customers time and to help plan warehouse storage, packaging dimensions are available too. And once the consignment has left Henkel, an advanced track and trace system provides up-to-the-minute information on delivery status.

Birmingham-based Sil-Mid Limited is a specialist distributor of silicones, sealants, adhesives, lubricants, cleaning agents and surface treatments and one of the first to become a Henkel eShop customer.
