At the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) awards celebration held on 7th December in Santa Clara, California, Silicon Labs won top honours among public semiconductor companies achieving $500m to $1bn in annual sales.

“We are delighted the GSA has recognised our continued success in the Internet of Things and infrastructure markets,” said Tyson Tuttle, CEO of Silicon Labs. “We are on a mission to deliver groundbreaking technologies and products that transform industries, grow businesses and improve lives everywhere.”

Each year, GSA member companies cast online votes for the Most Respected Public Semiconductor Companies at several revenue levels based on best products, vision and future opportunities. Over the past 23 years, the GSA awards programme has recognised the achievements of top performing semiconductor firms in a variety of categories.

“It’s a testament to Silicon Labs’ market success to have won top honours as a Most Respected Public Semiconductor Company for four out of the past five years,” said GSA President Jodi Shelton. “We commend Silicon Labs for their many achievements and solid performance, year after year, in a highly competitive global market.”
