Murata's Ionizer suits Clean Air Applications
Just announced by Murata is the MHM series of ionizers, designed specifically for air conditioning applications in the white goods, automotive and industrial sectors. The MHM series ionizers require considerably lower voltages than competitive devices, yet by delivering comparable performance, they are proving particularly efficient.
RadioScape to support Digital Radio switch-on in France
RadioScape announced today that it will immediately extend its current multi-standard radio product line to support all digital standards required for the French market. This will enable the development of multi-standard radio receivers capable of supporting DAB based standards including T-DMB and DAB+, as well as DRM (Digital Radio Mondiale), and current analogue standards AM and FM.
Beryllium Copper fingerstock gaskets for EMI shielding
EMI shielding specialist, TBA Electro Conductive Products (ECP) has announced that its range of Beryllium Copper fingerstock gaskets for EMI shielding meets the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC (RoHS Directive). The directive bans the use of certain substances in new products from July 2006, specifically Lead, Mercury, Cadmium, Hexavalent Chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE).
Heatsinks added to Power Product's catalogue
In addition to its standard rectifier assemblies, plate rectifiers and IGBT and MOSFET assemblies, AC controllers, custom switched-mode power supplies and heatsinks, a new catalogue from Power Products International also gives brief information on a range of embedded copper pipe heatsinks which can be custom drilled for isolated IGBT, MOSFET or thyristor/diode modules.
