3M has announced a ‘fast track’ sister product to its existing warehouse management system (WMS), HighJump Warehouse Advantage from 3M. Launched by the international operating arm of HighJump Software, 3M Supply Chain Solutions, the new HighJump Warehouse Advantage-45 product’s implementation path can give fast-growing enterprises a quick-win route to substantial operating efficiencies and access to a level of service and support often reserved for tier 1 enterprises.
This WMS is designed to be fully implemented within 45 business days, and was developed specifically for SME’s and the challenges they face increasing efficiency in a rapidly evolving business environment. The WMS will provide benefits such as visibility and tracking of inbound orders, accurate receiving, directed put-away, rapid picking, shipping and replenishment, but can also be readily extended to accommodate business expansion and changing needs. It is built on the same world-class technology as the tier 1 HighJump Warehouse Advantage WMS from 3M Supply Chain Solutions.

According to 3M, a key advantage of the short 45-day deployment timeframe is the rapid return on investment it is expected to bring. Implementations will be structured by a detailed playbook directing daily activity and providing specific instructions by role and responsibility. In addition, a flexible pricing structure for the product includes both license and subscription-based options. Companies can purchase only the functionality they need, then add more complex features and modules as needed over time.

“We’re excited to launch the HighJump Warehouse Advantage-45 solution to meet a growing need for small- to mid-size companies to manage their distribution and growth,” said Leo Valentin, General Manager, 3M Supply Chain Solutions, EMEA. “We expect the product to see wide adoption both in the UK and across Europe.”
