Impulse Embedded has agreed a distribution agreement to market and sell Allxon software and remote out of band management (OOB) hardware alongside its embedded and industrial computing solutions.

Impulse Embedded build thousands of unique and customised embedded computers, industrial PCs and HMIs for end users and system integrators in a wide variety of industries.

With the ability to deploy the Allxon DMS solution onto any one of these systems, regardless of the underlying architecture, the company says that it can dramatically reduce management overhead and system downtime for their customers and the end user.

In Europe the UK is a clear leader in the burgeoning AI and IoT sector, with a significant percentage of all venture capital investment in Tech companies alone.

AI and Tech businesses who rely on Edge Computing for workflows such as training and inference or data acquisition and control, need a reliable and scalable method of device management. This is particularly important in the industrial sector where devices are distributed over large geographical areas or located in harsh and inaccessible environments.

The resource required to physically access devices to reboot, reimage or collect data logs is often prohibitive.

Deploying the Allxon DMS solution means that Impulse Embedded customers can safely and securely manage these types of processes, from any web browser anywhere in the world.

Allxon is an NVIDIA Jetson preferred SaaS partner with full hardware and software integration, the first solution of its kind in the world.

“It’s with great pleasure that we announce our partnership with Allxon. Our current phase of investment has seen us transition from embedded computing and IoT integrator to Solution Provider, and Allxon DMS bolsters our service and support offerings for our entire customer base”, said Robert Plant, Impulse Embedded Sales Director.

“Impulse possesses years of research and experience in industrial computing and AI/IoT solutions. With their visionary insights and professional support, we believe that together, we can empower the edge AI/IoT industry with solutions that combat real market pain points.  In addition, we hope to not only ensure the edge AI/IoT industry continues to thrive with our customisable remote edge AI device management solutions, we also hope that with our value added services, we can help and learn with our partners so that we can grow stronger together.” commented, Alex Liu, Allxon CEO.

Allxon and Impulse Embedded make it possible for customers to gain remote device access on any ARM, x86 or NVIDIA edge AI system, with remote features designed to save customers time and money on technical operations.
