AnalogicTech and Siliconix settle patent litigation
Advanced Analogic Technologies Incorporated (AnalogicTech) and Siliconix, a subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc. (NYSE: VSH), have reached an amicable settlement of the patent infringement lawsuit brought by Siliconix in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The lawsuit, filed in January 2004, related to alleged infringement of three U.S. patents pertaining to trench DMOS technology.
