Microtune Ships more than one million tuners
As an indicator of the accelerating growth of the worldwide DOCSIS/EuroDOCSIS 3.0 market, Microtune has announced today that it has shipped more than one million MicroTuner MT2170 DOCSIS 3.0 wideband tuners. Leading cable equipment suppliers have built and certified their DOCSIS 3.0 cable modems, cable IP-TV set tops and high-end gateways around Microtune's MT2170 wideband tuner.

At the upcoming CTIA Wireless in Las Vegas, Rohde & Schwarz will demonstrate LTE frequency division duplexing (FDD) testing capabilities based on the newest femtocell design from mimoOn.
