Renesas Electronics Europe Announces the Availability of Four New 32-bit All Flash™ Microcontrollers in the V850E2M/MN4 Family
Renesas Electronics Europe has announced the availability of four new 32-bit All Flash microcontrollers. the uPD70F3515, uPD70F3514, uPD70F3512 and the uPD70F3510. They provide processing performance of up to 1024 Dhrystone MIPS (million instructions per second, Note 1) at a clock speed of 200 megahertz (MHz). This makes the V850E2M/MN4 the world’s highest-performance industrial embedded Flash microcontroller.
The The new V850E2M/MN4 family of high-performance, single-chip MCUs is ideal for factory automation (FA) systems, drives, servo drives, industrial inverters and household equipment.
