The Intel Celeron Processor N3000 Series system-on-chip (SoC) based on Intel's 14nm process technology is now in stock at Mouser Electronics. Formerly known as Braswell, these 64-bit processors integrate graphics, memory controller, and I/O interfaces into a single SoC solution that balances cost, performance, and power.

The processors feature up to four IA low-power cores running as fast as 2.16GHz (N3050 burst frequency) for high-performance, low-cost computing applications.

Performance is enhanced with 32kBytes of eight-way L1 instruction cache and 24kBytes six-way L1 data cache per core, plus 1 MByte of 16-way L2 cache (shared per two cores), improving code execution speeds by minimising the number of times the CPU needs to access external memory.

Additionally, the processors support up to 8 GBytes of DDR3L memory on two channels.

The Intel Celeron N3000 Series boasts a variety of on-chip connectivity, including up to four lanes of PCI Express interface, five USB 2.0/3.0 ports, two SATA ports, I2C, SPI, and a high speed UART port.

The processors come with Intel HD Graphics processor running at 320 MHz with support for Intel Wireless Display and up to three simultaneous digital display interface (DDI) displays configured for eDP/DP/HDMI. The processors also support a variety of external memory interfaces, including SD Card, SDIO, and eMMC.
