Integral System introduces energy-harvesting sensor from TCT
Integral System has expanded its IIoT portfolio by adding TCT's E-Green Sensor, a self-powered IoT current sensor which operates autonomously without wiring or batteries.
This sensor, designed in France, uses residual energy recovery technology, or energy harvesting, thus causing no excess current consumption. Installation is done non-invasively using pliers and requires no prior disconnection. The sensor communicates wirelessly via Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and LoRaWAN technologies, covering distances of up to 5 km.
ASRock unveils iEP-7030E IIoT Controller for intelligent Edge
ASRock Industrial is releasing the iEP-7030E series Industrial IoT Controller enabled by Intel Core Ultra 7/5 Processors (Meteor Lake-U/H), enhanced with significant AI-capable CPU, GPU, and NPU upgrades for Edge computing.
Core features include integrated Intel ARC graphics for captivating visuals and Intel AI Boost for high-speed AI workloads at the Edge, plus Intel In-Band ECC support for control over critical edge processes.
Intel N-series powers embedded box computer
Authorised distributor Mouser Electronics is now stocking the UP 7000 EDGE system from AAEON UP. The UP 7000 EDGE system is powered by the Intel Processor N-series platform (formerly Alder Lake-N).
This device offers higher computing performance and dual-channel LPDDR5 memory. The platform features one HDMI 1.4b supporting 4K UHD (3840x2160) at 30Hz for high-resolution displays, three USB 3.2 Gen-2 (Type-A), and an Ethernet 1GbE RJ-45 port.
