Albis Technologies has today unveiled the new additions to its existing ZOMOFI (Zone Monitoring and Find) portfolio of best-in-class RFID products.
Albis Technologies has added several new features and products to its popular ZOMOFI range which will offer systems integrators and partners a wider range of products in their RFID offering.

For specialists within the railway industry the addition of High Speed Tracing tags and units will enable railroad and transport organisations to closely monitor the locations of tagged vehicles even when at high speed.

Alongside the High Speed Tracing units, Albis Technologies is announcing:

Its advanced RTLS technology – which now enables tags within a zone to be identified with greater precision

A ruggedized tag – a tough designed tag which can withstand extreme environment and climate changes

New ATEX EX certified products – Active RFID which are harmless in explosive gas or dust zones

A handheld controller – for mobile and flexible applications such as sensitive data tags and short/long range localization of tags.

The new and existing products within the ZOMOFI portfolio locate and track objects in real-time and is used strongly for challenging and critical applications where failure is not an option. These include managing containers and load carriers in the business process sector, locating equipment and people inside hospitals, tracking and managing railway cars, securing works of art and ensuring enhanced access control for businesses.

Zeno Stämmer, VP ZOMOFI, Albis Technologies, commented: “Asset tracking is rapidly becoming a critical feature for the optimization and control of logistics and for the added security of valuable inventory. Albis is a leading player in active RFID, innovating and ensuring that our partners are able to offer their customers the best commercially available solutions.”
