Corintech launch new WiFi data logging sensor

##IMAGE_1_R##Over the last 35 years Corintech has established itself as a leading electronic manufacturer with offices in the UK and Hong Kong. On July 18th Sean Wigmore, Corintech’s Managing Director, and John Glen, MP for Salisbury, officially unveiled the new EL-WiFi-TH temperature and humidity data logging sensor at Corintech’s head office in Fordingbridge near Salisbury. Traditionally Corintech has been a contract electronic manufacturer but this launch marks Corintech’s entry in to the standard product market where they design, develop, manufacture and sell their own products to distributors and end users.

This is a revolutionary new battery powered sensor, which communicates wirelessly using an ordinary WiFi network. The sensor measures temperature and humidity and then transmits data via WiFi to a PC running our free software package. This allows users to remotely monitor and record data anywhere within a selected WiFi network. View one or multiple sensors on your PC at any one time, re-configure them remotely and set alarms. This is an easy to use, cost effective monitoring solution suitable for industrial, commercial and domestic applications.

The EL-WiFi-TH is the first product in a range of new sensors. The EL-WiFi-TP with a probe and extended temperature range, and the EL-WiFi-Alert, which communicates high and low alert messages from any EL-WiFi sensor via email and SMS, will be available later this year.
