A convenient way to charge mobile phones through inductive charging, the Elite series CE700 wireless charging stand from ADATA eliminates the need for cables and bulky transformers. When a compatible phone is placed on the charging pad (which doubles as an adjustable phone stand), power is automatically and wirelessly transferred to the device.

Professionally certified to meet the Qi wireless charging standard, the CE700 ensures maximum compatibility and safety. Via a MicroUSB port, the wireless inductive charging stand operates from a 5V DC, 1.5A input and delivers a 5V, 1.0A output. Android systems are limited when charging through a PC/laptop USB port. However, the transmission mode from CE700 to mobile through wireless charging can offer charging times up to 28% faster. In order to reduce wasted electricity and improve, the CE700 will automatically enter power-saving mode when not in use.

The CE700 is housed in an elegant folding stand with a stylish aluminium back cover and a texturised rubber base that prevents the phone from slipping. The wireless charging stand features a unique bracket design which enables users to adjust the angle of the charging pad in accordance with individual needs: the CE700 can also be placed on a table with the phone upright, becoming an easy-to-use phone stand for better access and visibility. Supporting wireless charging in both flat and upright modes, the flexible design allows for use with a variety of mobile phones that support inductive charging.

The CE700 is equipped with special protection mechanisms to ensure safety and peace of mind. These include: foreign object detection, where the CE700 will automatically power off and an LED light will alert the user when there is a metallic object between the phone and the charging stand; overvoltage protection, which will stop charging if the voltage exceeds a safe level, preventing damage to the CE700; and overheat protection, which automatically stops the power supply if the temperature becomes excessive in order to protect the charging stand and the cell phone from becoming damaged.

Featuring dimensions of 140x75x12mm and a weight of just 120g, the ADATA Elite CE700 will be available in the coming months, in black, through selected retailers and distributors for the MSRP of £31.50 GBP.
