Avalue unveils ARC-1037, the advanced rugged panel PC

The ARC-1037 is equipped with the Intel Atom Alder Lake-N processor and features a 10.4" 1024x768 LED panel with a 50,000-hour lifespan, ensuring reliable visual performance. It includes a 5-wire resistive touch screen for a responsive user experience. The device includes a USB Type C port with Power Delivery (PD) capabilities (20V/3A) supporting USB 3.2 (gen2, 5V/3A) and DP display functions. For connectivity, it has two 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet ports, and supports wireless technologies like 5G modules and Wi-Fi 6. The ARC-1037 also features rich I/O design with 2 x COM ports, 2 x USB3.2 gen.2 (10Gbps) ports, and built-in 2W speakers.

The ARC-1037 is designed to be water, dust, and shock resistant, suitable for industrial automation, rehabilitation equipment, and automated kiosks. It features IP-65 water and dust resistance, a wide operating temperature range, and is readable in sunlight, making it versatile for both indoor and outdoor applications. It has an IP-65 rated front panel and IP-41 rated rear panel, suitable for humid and dusty environments. The wide temperature range and voltage design address issues related to temperature and voltage fluctuations. It offers easy mounting mechanisms and panel mounting kits for various applications. Optional optical bonding and coating technologies are available for different display challenges.

Avalue's ARC Series supports proprietary IET modules, offering a range of I/O options such as isolation COM, CANbus, GPIO, USB, etc., based on budget and specifications. This ensures rapid assembly, expansion, and customization. The IET technology allows for specific modules to be designed to meet unique requirements, balancing size, performance, and expandability.
