HellermannTyton appoints new Enclosures Product Manager

Cable Management Specialist HellermannTyton has promoted Nathan Bennett to Product Manager, to spearhead its electrical installation and enclosures product portfolio, which includes electrical tape, wire connectors, cable rods and downlight covers.

Bennett joined the business in 2010 in the customer service team, moving into the product promoter role which was developed to support the external sales teams and customers. Following this Bennett moved into a project management role before becoming a product specialist focusing on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) solutions. As an RFID product specialist, Bennett also supported the HellermannTyton ACADEMY, running training sessions for customers.

In his new role, Bennett manages the entire electrical installation and enclosure product range. This includes leading product launches, ensuring stock levels are readily available in line with market demand, providing product support and advice to staff and customers whilst coordinating with HellermannTyton’s global teams.

HellermannTyton places an emphasis on the importance of ongoing training, providing training courses with the aim of continually developing innovative products and delivering excellent customer service. It also means the business is able to promote from within.

Bennett commented on his promotion: “I’m really proud to be a part of the HellermannTyton team – we’re a family. I’ve worked here for 11 years and during that time the business has consistently supported staff, including promoting internally and providing regular training. I joined the business with very little experience but over the years HellermannTyton has given me the skills and support I’ve needed to progress and provide our customers with excellent service.”
