PROVERTHA Provides Crossover Variants for its Ethernet M12 Connectors for Transport and Railway Applications

PROVERTHA offers innovative solutions for industrial automation and railway applications. As a part of its comprehensive product family, PROVERTHA has developed an M12 crimp connector ensuring a fast and reliable Industrial Ethernet connection. The high-quality full-metal housing and the crimp flange system enable an effective 360° EMI/RFI shielding and a fault-free data transmission. Moreover, the M12 crimp has been developed with a waterproofed housing design to ensure compliance with the IP 67 protection class. Also the crimp flange system with hexagonal crimp of the outer shell provides a vibration- and torsion-resistant strain relief for the cable in rough industrial environments.

Provertha offers versions for widely used RAILCAT cables with diameters of 6.6mm, 7.25mm an 8.3mm. In addition a version for the standard PROFINET cable (6.5mm) for industrial automation is available. Complementary to the connectors also patch cords with the related diameters in the configurations male/male, male/female and female/female are offered. Standard lengths are 0.3m, 0.5m, 0.75m, 1m, 1.5m; 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 4m, 5m and 10m. Other lengths are available on requests

PROVERTHA offers the crimp connectors (both male and female versions) now also in crossover configurations to implement crossover connections. In addition also the related patch cord portfolio was expanded. The variants and lengths of the crossover products are according to the standard program.
