Richardson RFPD has announced the in-stock availability and full design support capabilities for a new RF low noise amplifier from Guerrilla RF.

The GRF2110 is a broadband, ultra-low noise linear amplifier designed for WiFi 6/6E, small cell, wireless infrastructure and other high-performance RF applications up to 8 GHz.

The standard tune exhibits outstanding noise figure, linearity, return loss and gain flatness from 5 to 8 GHz.

The device can be operated from a supply voltage of 2.7 to 5 volts, with a typical bias condition of 5 volts and 70 mA for optimal efficiency and linearity.

Additional key features of the GRF2110 include:

  • Gain: 16.3 dB
  • Evaluation board NF: 1.2 dB
  • OP1dB: +22 dBm
  • OIP3: +38 dBm
  • Flexible bias voltage and current

The device is produced on a GaAs pHEMT process.

It comes in a 1.5 x 1.5 mm DFN-6 package
